Meet Ann & Ken Bowers

They are 3rd Generation RV Park Owners.

  Ann, a retired teacher, is the daughter of Gene & Annie Starling, native to Hope Mills, NC. Gene retired as a Sheriff Deputy in Hope Mills.  With the help of his wife Annie, they built Spring Valley RV Campground from scratch.  They molded and taught her everything she needed to know to operate Spring Valley RV Campground.  Her Grandfather Tom Starling owned and operated the Star Filling Station and went on to develop filling stations, housing, and a campground in the area. Tom Starling Road, named after them, is locally known as well as their kindness, generosity, and work ethics.

  Ken, after retiring from his brave service in the US Military, applies his strong work ethic, management, and organization to better the grounds, facility, security, and experience for the campground and guests.

 Together they provide warm southern hospitality in a quiet, clean, safe, and maintained environment.  They have a passion to provide great service & a Vision to constantly improve.
